Job Title: US MIS Executive / Senior MIS Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Shift Timing: US Shift (5.30PM-3AM)

Experience: 1-4 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive / Senior MIS Executive with strong MS Excel skills to manage data processing, reporting, and analysis for our US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, automating processes, and supporting business operations through accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting
• Collect, organize, and maintain large data sets in MS Excel.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per client requirements.
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, and other Excel functions for reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data while preparing reports.
• Automation & Process Optimization
• Use Excel Macros & VBA (basic level) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Identify areas for process improvement and increase efficiency.
• Operational & Client Support
• Work closely with operations and client teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from US clients.
• Data Accuracy & Compliance
• Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Follow internal guidelines for data security and compliance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF functions, Conditional Formatting)

✅ Basic Excel Macros / VBA (Preferred but not mandatory)

✅ Data Cleaning & Formatting Techniques

Soft Skills:

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✅ Good communication skills (for US client interactions)

✅ Willingness to work in night shifts / US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior experience in MIS reporting, data entry, or analytics is an advantage.
