Job Description

Looking to hire a General Manager – Sales to lead and scale revenue for a fast-growing tech startup.

This is a leadership role for someone who has built and managed sales functions end-to-end—someone who understands both strategy and execution, and can drive consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.


You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of the entire sales engine—from building pipelines to closing deals and leading a high-performing team.


This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in sales and revenue ownership
  • Has built or scaled sales teams in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Is equally comfortable with strategy, execution, and team leadership
  • Can create structure, processes, and predictability in revenue
  • Takes full ownership of targets and outcomes


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth and hitting ambitious sales targets
  • Building and managing the sales team
  • Defining sales strategy, funnels, and processes
  • Working closely with leadership on business expansion


Location: [Kochi, Kerala / hybrid]

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
