We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy / Power BI Developer with 6?8 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and intuitive dashboards.? Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy and Power BI.? Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven insights.? Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance of BI solutions through optimized data models and efficient DAX/MicroStrategy scripting.? Apply a strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS reporting standards to financial and operational reports.? Provide advisory support by interpreting data and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.? Uphold high standards of design and data visualization aesthetics for clear and impactful reporting.? Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Experience: 6?8 years in BI development, with hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy and Power BI.? Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of DAX, data modelling, and visualization best practices.? Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of Finance and Procurement.?
