About the Role We?re looking for a Meta API Expert who has hands-on experience creating and managing ads that connect directly to WhatsApp (via the Click-to-WhatsApp flow and the WhatsApp Business API). Key Responsibilities Integrate and manage Meta Marketing API with our ad accounts and business manager. Set up Click-to-WhatsApp ads through API calls ? including campaign creation, targeting, creatives, and message templates. Automate lead capture and message flow between Meta Ads and WhatsApp using approved APIs or webhook solutions. Troubleshoot and maintain access tokens, permissions, and webhook subscriptions. Connect Meta API with CRM or Google Sheets for lead syncing and reporting. Work with our developers to build automation workflows (example: when a user clicks ?Send Message,? capture data and send pre-defined WhatsApp messages). Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Meta Marketing API (Graph API). Experience in WhatsApp Business API setup and integration. Strong understanding of Click-to-WhatsApp ad formats and message templates. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or PHP for API calls and automation scripts. Knowledge of access tokens, permissions, and webhook setup. Experience connecting API workflows with CRMs, Google Sheets, or Zapier/Make (Integromat).
