Growth Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who loves to analyse data, creative thinker

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing:

 Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns with digital content

 Running marketing campaigns across digital platforms

 Sending out targeted SMS offers to California Burrito mobile database

 Developing a community of customers to get feedback from

2. Reporting/Analysis:

 Conducting research to identify, segment and define audiences

 Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing

strategies

 Gauging effectives of digital ad spends

 Updating databases and use California Burrito ERP-based customer relationship

management system

3. Brand:

 Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy

 Maintain websites and keep abreast of data analytics

 Write and proofread creative copy

 Community management and responses to reviews

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 Experience with online and offline marketing

 Knowledge of excel skills

 Well-versed in digital platforms like Facebook, Adwords

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 MBA In Marketing

 Math and statistics knowledge

 Degree/Certification in Digital Marketing

 Well versed in Excel Macros, SQL or Python

SALARY:

Will depend on experience. Upto 4.5LPA.
