At Hancod, we’re building Duxbe — an AI-powered ERP & POS system designed for small businesses across India and beyond. We ship clean UI, fast code, and features that matter. Off-screen, we smash Jenga blocks, play badminton, and constantly level up.

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and work with MongoDB and SQL databases
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features
• Write clean, efficient code and ensure responsive design
• Debug, optimize performance, and follow security best practices
• Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience with JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and SQL databases
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with Agile development processes
• Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
• Portfolio or examples of relevant projects
