We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 5 plus years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience building RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and working in Agile development environments.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication, and payment gateways as required.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and support application deployments.

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming concepts.
