MERN Developer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Noida ( Immediate joiners only)

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The candidate will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers.

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, indexes, and queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.
• Use Git for source-code management and follow established development practices.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on MERN-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ concepts.
• Good knowledge of React.js, Hooks, Context API, Redux or Redux Toolkit.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Practical experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, API security, and application security practices.
• Familiarity with Git, npm, Postman, and debugging tools.
• Understanding of application deployment and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.

• Capable of independently handling assigned modules.
• Able to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong ownership of development quality and delivery timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
