Role Description The Merchandiser role at United Exim Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Merchandiser will manage product assortments for men’s formal wear, coordinate with production and design teams, and ensure collections align with market trends and customer expectations. Responsibilities include planning and maintaining inventory levels, preparing product displays, managing samples, and following up on orders to meet delivery timelines. The role involves regular interaction with buyers and sales teams to gather feedback, present collections, and support negotiations. The Merchandiser will also monitor competitor activity, assist in pricing decisions, and contribute to visual and promotional strategies that strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to support order closing, product placement, and performance tracking in relevant channels.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to contribute to product positioning, promotions, and market analysis for men’s formal wear.
• Candidates should have organizational and time management skills to handle multiple collections, timelines, and merchandising activities.
• Relevant experience in apparel merchandising, preferably in menswear or formal wear, is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis to manage reports, sales figures, and inventory information is advantageous.
