Merchandiser (All KSA)

Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated Saudi nationals to join our sales team as Entry-Level Merchandisers. This role is ideal for Saudi and fresh graduates who want to start their career in the FMCG and food manufacturing industry, working directly in hypermarkets and modern trade supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and display products according to company planograms and brand standards
• Ensure product availability, proper pricing, and shelf cleanliness
• Monitor expiry dates and product quality
• Refill shelves and manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations
• Support in-store promotions and new product launches
• Coordinate with store staff and report competitor activities
• Submit simple daily merchandising reports

Requirements:

• Saudi (this role supports Saudization)
• High school certificate or Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Willing to work in the field and visit multiple outlets
• Basic communication skills and ability to use mobile apps for reporting
• Physically fit for merchandising tasks
