What You’ll Do

As a Member Care Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Corporate Sales Members, handling queries across phone, email, and chat. Your mission? Deliver prompt resolutions, encourage usage of membership benefits, and ensure an outstanding service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Respond to incoming queries via voice and chat
  • Aim for first-call resolution and timely escalation handling
  • Drive activation and renewal of corporate memberships
  • Stay updated with product changes and service updates
  • Coordinate with hotels and internal teams globally
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in inbound/outbound customer service (B2B preferred) 
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Computer-literate with basic MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and service-focused mindset
