Role Description The Medical Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Medical Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing appropriate treatment plans in line with best clinical practices. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting medical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves providing patient education, following evidence-based protocols, coordinating referrals, and ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. The Medical Specialist will be expected to work closely with partner healthcare facilities and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in general Medicine, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Clinical expertise in one or more specialties such as Cardiology or Neurology, with the ability to manage related conditions.
  • Experience or training in Orthopedic Surgery, including evaluation of musculoskeletal issues and support in surgical care pathways.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans, following evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
  • Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with relevant specialization and valid medical registration in India.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
  • Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings; familiarity with international healthcare standards is an advantage.
