Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Records Officer, located in Madurai. The Medical Records Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate patient records, assisting with patient care documentation, coordinating physician documentation needs, and ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role will also involve collaborating with medical staff and providing training on record-keeping standards and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Medicine and experience in Patient Care
Ability to collaborate effectively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals
Experience with healthcare-related training and familiarity with record-keeping practices in a medical environment
Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Familiarity with the handling of medical procedures and records related to Surgery is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Health Information Management, Medical Records Administration, or related fields
