We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach and bring immersive XR solutions to new clients and markets.


About the Job:

  • Identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings and coordinate initial discussions with clients.
  • Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Support and assist in developing sales strategy to meet business KPIs.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor presentations.
  • Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Expand your network, initiate outreach through cold calling, and manage email campaigns.
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and finalise sales contracts.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the sales management team.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to strengthen service offerings.
  • Lead sales team to foster a collaborative environment and achieve sustainable growth and sales targets.


What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Some experience in Business Development with a proven track record of achieving targets will give you an edge
  • Exposure to B2B sales and account handling preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with XR/technology-driven solutions is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently
