Medical Doctor | Remote

Position: Medical Fellow (Must be in Fellowship)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $130/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Project-based (minimum 3 months, 20–40 hours/week)

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated medical reasoning focused on lab-based diagnostic cases
• Create realistic clinical diagnostic scenarios based on real-world workflows
• Develop structured rubrics to assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated responses
• Collaborate with AI researchers to stress-test and improve model performance
• Provide expert feedback grounded in clinical fellowship-level experience

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based clinical fellowship program (MD or DO)
• Open to all specialties except Radiology
• Strong experience interpreting medical lab panels and diagnostic workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong analytical reasoning ability
• Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare
