Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Advisor based in Ahmedabad. The Medical Advisor will provide strategic and operational expertise in medical affairs, medical education initiatives, conduct research activities, and collaborate on market access strategies. The role also involves supporting various medical and clinical projects while ensuring compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge and background in Medicine and Medical Affairs
• Experience in Medical Education and Research
• Proficiency in Market Access and related strategic expertise
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Advanced degree in Medicine or a relevant field is required (MBBS/MD preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage

✔ KOL Identification, Engagement & Relationship Management

✔ Planning & Execution of CMEs, RTMs & Advisory Boards

✔ Scientific Content Development & Validation

✔ Conference Participation & Scientific Representation

✔ Medical Training for Sales & Marketing Teams

✔ Clinical Literature Review & Evidence-Based Communication

✔ Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams for Brand Growth

✔ Medical & Regulatory Support for Product Lifecycle Activities

✔ Support in Pharmacy/Scientific Projects and Academic Initiatives

🔹 MBBS / MD / PharmD / M.Pharm professionals

🔹 Strong scientific acumen with excellent communication skills

🔹 Experience in Pharma Medical Affairs / Scientific Marketing preferred
