Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to provide hands-on manufacturing support for commercial-scale pharmaceutical production. The ideal candidate will support shop floor operations, Process Performance Qualification (PPQ), and technology transfer activities to ensure a successful site launch and consistent batch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on shop floor support for commercial solid dosage manufacturing, including off-shift support as needed.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during manufacturing operations.
• Support the execution and review of manufacturing protocols and PPQ validation batches.
• Drive technology transfer activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Troubleshoot process issues in real time to maintain production schedules and product quality.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Required Experience

• Commercial-scale Drug Product (DP) manufacturing
• Tablet Compression
• Tablet Film Coating
• Roller Compaction
• Granulation
• Process troubleshooting and manufacturing support
• PPQ and Technology Transfer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
