Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, for a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC experience supporting design-build projects for schools and municipal facilities. Experienced in mechanical system design, equipment selection, energy-efficient solutions, and coordinating projects from concept through construction while ensuring code compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and principles
• Skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Experience in Project Management and effectively managing engineering projects
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve mechanical designs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in construction, HVAC systems, or building controls is a plus
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering simulation tools is beneficial
