Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chengalpattu for a Mechanical Design Engineer. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing mechanical components and systems, creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements. Responsibilities also include conducting design validations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the manufacturing team in resolving technical issues.

• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, fluid mechanics, and material properties
• Familiarity with technical drawing, GD&T, and design standards
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality assurance is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
