Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Construction Manager, based in Brighouse. The M&E Construction Manager will oversee daily site activities, coordinate and supervise teams, manage project schedules, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of construction projects. Responsibilities include maintaining project budgets, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards, executing project control measures, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
  • Expertise in construction and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services
  • Proficiency in project control, including scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications in project management or construction (e.g., NEBOSH, SMSTS) are a plus
  • Experience in multi-utility or EV infrastructure projects is advantageous
