Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for ideating and developing AI-driven story concepts, creating and managing intellectual properties, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build multidimensional narratives. Day-to-day tasks will include researching emerging storytelling trends, refining generative AI outputs, and contributing to the development of new cinematic formats. The role also entails close collaboration with technical teams to harness proprietary AI technologies and ensure seamless content creation.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Creative Writing, Storytelling, and World-building
• Ability to work with generative AI tools, manage AI outputs, and implement AI-driven creativity
• Experience in IP Development, including character creation and crafting complex narratives
• Strong Research and Concept Development skills to explore storytelling innovations
• Familiarity with Digital Content Creation, Production Processes, and Multimedia Platforms
• Critical thinking and Problem-solving abilities in collaborating with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Film Studies, Creative Writing, Media, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in emerging technologies or AI-based creative projects is an advantage
• Passion for storytelling, a collaborative mindset, and a detail-oriented approach
