Job title: Master Data Management –Process Lead

Candidate Specification & Job Description

Candidate Must have 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management

Own and manage the complete Master Data lifecycle including creation, maintenance, governance, validation, and quality control.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems and business units.

Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, SOPs, and controls.

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics to ensure operational excellence.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 MDM analysts and specialists.

Drive team performance through structured goal setting, coaching, and regular performance reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Operations.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues and stakeholder concerns.

Leverage advanced Excel capabilities including Macros, VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas for reporting and automation.

Design automated templates and dashboards to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Identify opportunities for automation and implement scalable solutions to streamline workflows.

Lead process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance data quality.

Conduct process gap analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements.

Standardize processes across regions/functions to ensure global consistency.

Play a key role in ERP migration projects including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Ensure data integrity during system transitions and post-go-live stabilization.

Partner with IT and project teams to resolve defects and ensure smooth implementation.

Experience in Excel (Macros/VBA)

Experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle/JDE)

should have experience in Lean/Six Sigma

Flexible with shift.
