About The Company Massive Mobility is developing the next stack of technologies to drive EV adoption faster in India. Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management. We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure. Why This Role? Were looking for a high-agency Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take charge of our web platforms and bring scale, stability, and speed to the products driving Indias EV revolution. If you love building from scratch, solving complex problems, and leading with impact, this is your arena. What Youll Own Build & Lead : Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with Node.js and React. Performance First : Ensure speed, responsiveness, and reliability across platforms. Shape the Product : Collaborate with engineering & product teams to define specs, then own feature delivery end-to-end. Architect Solutions : Design backend microservices, APIs, and data flows that scale. UI/UX Crafting : Drive clean, intuitive, and performant web interfaces. Mentor & Guide : Be the go-to tech leader code reviews, best practices, debugging, and problem-solving. Optimize Relentlessly : Identify bottlenecks, squash bugs, and improve codebase efficiency. Ship with Confidence : Own testing, deployment, and production reliability. Document & Scale : Write clean documentation and set up frameworks for long-term growth. What Were Looking For 8+ years in full-stack development with proven leadership experience. Deep expertise in Node.js (5+ years) and React.js (3+ years). Tech leadership experience (2+ years) youve led projects or small teams. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Proficiency with databases : MSSQL, MongoDB. Cloud-ready: Experience with AWS deployments and Docker. REST API expertise (GraphQL a plus). Solid understanding of Git workflows and collaboration.
