We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to manage and scale our freelance marketplace accounts.

This role begins as an on-site position in Dehradun for the first 3 months to ensure proper onboarding, account understanding, and operational alignment. Based on performance, the role transitions to 90% remote work, with only 2 in-office visits per month.

This is a performance-based opportunity offering 50% revenue share, ideal for someone confident in building and scaling freelance income streams.



Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow accounts on Upwork and Fiverr
  • Optimize profiles, gigs, and proposals for higher conversions
  • Identify profitable niches, services, and pricing strategies
  • Handle client communication, lead conversion, and order flow
  • Improve rankings, visibility, and client reviews
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices



Requirements
  • Experience with freelance marketplaces preferred
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Self-driven with a performance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Dehradun for the initial 3 months



Compensation Structure
  • 50% share of revenue generated
  • No fixed salary (high-risk, high-reward model)
  • Transparent tracking of performance and payouts



Growth & Flexibility
  • First 3 months: Full on-site collaboration (Dehradun)
  • After 3 months: 90% remote work allowed
  • Only 2 office visits per month required thereafter
