Marketplace E-commerce Manager (Amazon & Flipkart)

We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence on leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

• Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Monitor and improve product rankings and visibility through SEO and paid campaigns
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Manage inventory, stock forecasting, and order fulfillment coordination
• Handle pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, returns, and negative feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, design, cataloging)
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and PPC campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of cataloging, A+ content, and listing optimization
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
• Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Experience in fashion/apparel category (bonus)
