Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires leveraging strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively, while also analyzing market trends and customer feedback to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members
• Proven abilities in Market Research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies to achieve business objectives
• Sales proficiency to collaborate with teams and drive revenue growth
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR industry is advantageous
