Our platform enables identity verification, qualified electronic signatures, and secure communication across regulated industries. While our technology has been widely adopted in the UK property sector, Veyco is expanding into additional markets where identity, compliance and secure digital workflows are critical.


Veyco recently helped deliver the UK’s first Qualified Electronic Signature mortgage deed accepted by HM Land Registry, in collaboration with Nationwide Building Society, Your Conveyancer and HM Land Registry.


As the company expands, we are building a marketing function that can clearly communicate the value of Veyco’s technology across multiple industries.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially aware Marketing Exec with around 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, legal, property or other regulated industries. This role is suited to someone who understands how to translate complex products and regulatory topics into clear, engaging marketing that resonates with professional audiences.


Reporting directly to the COO, you will be an independent contributor who takes ownership of marketing initiatives while working cross functionally across the business. You will collaborate closely with product, UX and sales teams to ensure marketing messaging is aligned across brand, product experience and customer communication.


The role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a scale up environment where priorities evolve quickly. You should be proactive, adaptable and confident working with stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing activity supports overall commercial objectives.


You will play a key role in shaping how Veyco communicates its technology and innovation to the market, helping strengthen the company’s visibility as it expands across the property, legal and wider regulated technology sectors.


We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. As Veyco continues to expand into new sectors, this role offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and play a key role in shaping the company’s marketing function over time. For the right person, there is clear potential for the role to develop into a Head of Marketing position as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Execution

·     Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

·     Work closely with the COO, product team and sales team to support marketing initiatives across the business.

·     Help ensure marketing focus is aligned across product, sales and leadership teams.

·     Contribute to the creation and refinement of user personas to guide messaging and positioning.

·     Plan and deliver multi channel campaigns targeting key stakeholders across relevant sectors.

·     Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where appropriate.


Social Media Management

·     Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels, and other recommended platforms.

·     Develop engaging content tailored to key audiences.

·     Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across channels.

·     Track engagement metrics and optimise content performance.


Sales Enablement

·     Create compelling one pagers, brochures and marketing collateral to support commercial activity.

·     Work with the sales team to ensure messaging clearly communicates the company’s value proposition.

·     Support the development of marketing materials used in client conversations and partnerships.


Content & Creative

·     Write engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, websites and marketing materials.

·     Work alongside UX designers to ensure brand consistency and strong visual storytelling.

·     Use creative tools to develop visually appealing marketing content.

·     Contribute new ideas to strengthen brand visibility and market awareness.


Cross Functional Collaboration

·     Work collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader company objectives.

·     Engage stakeholders where needed to support the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

What We’re Looking For

·     3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.

·     Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging marketing materials.

·     Experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.

·     Comfortable creating marketing materials and sales collateral, including one pagers, presentations and campaign assets.

·     Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with teams across the business.

·     Comfortable operating in a fast paced startup or scale up environment where priorities can evolve.

·     Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.

·     Interest in the property, technology or legal sectors is beneficial but not required.
