Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Thanjavur. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and managing promotional campaigns. The role also involves overseeing marketing operations, including digital and content marketing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing efforts and improve customer engagement. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for mentoring and guiding team members effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, including experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Revenue Analysis
• Skills in Branding, Campaign Management, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• E-commerce experience, particularly in managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory operations is a plus
