Key Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B lead and demand generation campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.).
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Ability to create compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats.
  • Strong audience segmentation and customer journey mapping skills.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools for campaign execution and analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior marketers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of data privacy compliance and marketing data hygiene.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
  • Design marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Create and manage engaging content tailored to the B2B buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Use Salesforce tools for segmentation and personalized campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and implement performance improvements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce’s evolving offerings and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and maintain data quality.
  • Share best practices across the team and support in mentoring junior marketers.
