- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.).
- Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
- Ability to create compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats.
- Strong audience segmentation and customer journey mapping skills.
- Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools for campaign execution and analytics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring junior marketers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Understanding of data privacy compliance and marketing data hygiene.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
- Design marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Create and manage engaging content tailored to the B2B buyer journey.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Use Salesforce tools for segmentation and personalized campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and implement performance improvements.
- Stay updated with Salesforce’s evolving offerings and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and maintain data quality.
- Share best practices across the team and support in mentoring junior marketers.
