We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle real estate plot sales for Nature Lifespace. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into buyers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
This is a field-based target-driven role with fixed salary + attractive incentives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, marketing activities, and cold calling
Explain project details, plot availability, pricing, and benefits to customers
Conduct regular site visits with clients and close deals on-ground
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Coordinate with internal team for documentation and booking process
Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions
Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to registration
📊 Sales Target Structure (Example)
Monthly target: ₹10 Lakhs – ₹25 Lakhs sales value (adjustable as per project size)
Minimum closures: 2–5 plots per month (target-based role)
Performance tracking: Leads → Site visits → Conversions
💰 Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (max)
Incentives: High performance-based incentives (no cap)
Per plot sale commission
Extra bonus on monthly target achievement

Experience: 1–5 years in real estate / field sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willing to work in field and conduct site visits
