Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Marketing Manager will design and execute marketing strategies that support brand positioning, product promotion, and market share growth for suspension solutions in OEM and aftermarket segments. This role will involve conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying customer needs to guide product positioning and campaign development. The Marketing Manager will plan and manage marketing campaigns, digital and offline initiatives, events, and trade shows, while coordinating closely with sales, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing marketing budgets, overseeing content and collateral development, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning to drive growth in OEM and aftermarket segments.
  • Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support informed decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content development for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, R&D, and operations teams.
  • Candidates should possess skills in project management, budgeting, and performance tracking to deliver effective and timely marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial products is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proficiency with MS Office and marketing analytics tools, and the ability to work on-site in Chennai.
