Job Description

The Role


We are looking for a performance-driven, strategically sharp Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of Derivion's marketing function — from paid acquisition and content to brand, SEO, CRM, and B2B support. This is not a siloed execution role. You will lead the full marketing effort, coordinate vendors and interns, and report directly to the Founder & CEO. Your work will have direct, measurable impact on brand equity, lead quality, and enrollment revenue.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and LinkedIn
  • Manage TOF, MOF, and BOF campaigns and optimise for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Build and optimise acquisition funnels for all programmes; collaborate with the admissions team to improve lead flow and conversion
  • Implement remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
  • Own dashboards and reporting through GA4, Google Data Studio, and Meta Ads Manager; deliver weekly and monthly performance insights with actionable recommendations

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp
  • Brief and manage designers, video editors, and content creators for ad creatives, reels, carousels, blogs, and emailers
  • Write or review copy for ads, landing pages, social posts, and outreach campaigns
  • Build ISFT's authority in the financial education space through consistent thought leadership content
  • Conduct A/B tests across creatives, copies, CTAs, and audiences to continuously improve performance

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Oversee all outward-facing collateral — brochures, programme decks, one-pagers, and website pages
  • Manage PR opportunities, media mentions, and partnership communications

SEO, SEM & Website

  • Monitor and improve SEO health, keyword rankings, and on-page optimisation for SEM alignment
  • Oversee landing page creation, optimisation, and conversion rate improvement
  • Track website user behaviour, load times, and funnel drop-offs; identify and action improvements

Enrollment & CRM Support

  • Collaborate closely with the admissions team to improve lead quality, nurturing, and conversion rates
  • Build and manage CRM-based drip campaigns, WhatsApp-first outreach sequences, and lead scoring frameworks
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and full traceability of the lead lifecycle

Analytics, Reporting & Strategy

  • Use data analytics to interpret performance and recommend measurable improvements
  • Conduct regular digital audits of competitor universities and financial education brands
  • Identify new channels, trends, and student behaviour patterns to inform strategy

B2B & Institutional Marketing

  • Support pitch materials, co-branded campaign assets, and digital collateral for corporate and institutional partnerships
  • Assist in preparing decks, one-pagers, and presentations for B2B prospects and university partners

Team, Budget & Execution Coordination

  • Brief and manage interns, freelancers, and agency vendors; review and approve all deliverables
  • Own and track the monthly and quarterly marketing budget; ensure spend efficiency
  • Act as the single point of coordination between design, content, sales, and leadership
  • Ensure all campaigns and content are delivered on time and within budget


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing with exposure across both performance and brand
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRM-based lead management
  • Strong written communication — capable of writing a brief, a caption, and a performance report equally well
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and act on it in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing vendors, freelancers, or junior team members


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in financial education, ed-tech, or premium B2C services
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics
  • Experience with YouTube advertising and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp-based outreach and drip campaign frameworks
  • Experience supporting B2B pitches or institutional marketing
