Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. If you are passionate about blending digital strategies with impactful offline experiences to drive growth and support sales, we want you on our team.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s presence and lead generation engine. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, managing everything from digital campaigns, SEO, and social media to high-impact offline events like industry conferences and exhibitions. Crucially, you will bridge the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring that your campaigns directly generate high-quality leads that fuel business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Website Ownership: Oversee the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and execute an SEO roadmap to improve organic search rankings, drive web traffic, and increase online visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Email, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage our target audience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to optimize spend and improve ROI.

Social Media Management

  • Brand Voice: Develop a compelling social media strategy tailored to B2B audiences, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Manage a regular content calendar, creating engaging posts that highlight our technology, case studies, company culture, and industry thought leadership.
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor social channels, engage with followers, and build a strong online community.

Offline Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Event Strategy: Identify, plan, and execute Objectify Technologies’ participation in key industry conferences, trade shows, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • End-to-End Logistics: Manage all aspects of event coordination, including booth design, promotional materials, vendor management, and budget tracking.
  • Post-Event ROI: Ensure robust lead capture at events and execute post-event nurturing sequences to maximize ROI.

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Funnel Optimization: Design focused marketing activities specifically geared toward generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, refine target personas, and ensure a seamless handover of leads.
  • Collateral Development: Create compelling sales enablement materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and whitepapers.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Event Expertise: Proven track record of successfully organizing and managing corporate events and trade show exhibitions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret marketing metrics and data to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and detail.
  • Team Player: Highly collaborative with the ability to work seamlessly alongside sales and leadership teams.
