We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing and BTL initiatives, bringing our brand closer to consumers through impactful on-ground campaigns across Bangalore.


Position: Manager – Marketing

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10–15 Years Industry: FMCG / Food (mandatory)

Qualification: Graduation / MBA (MBA preferred)


Must-Have Responsibilities:

  • Implement the annual marketing calendar across regions and categories with a focus on seasons, key SKUs, and assess campaign effectiveness to make necessary improvements.
  • Plan and execute annual field marketing activities such as in-store activations, sampling programs, taste trials, and consumer engagement events, dealer boards, hoardings, other outdoor need, ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities support retail and wholesale goals, providing actionable feedback to optimize in-market performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local marketing vendors, and trade partners to facilitate marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with branding, packaging, and production teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with Legal & R&D teams to ensure that all product-related marketing materials comply with statutory and legal requirements.
  • Lead market research efforts (qualitative and quantitative) to gather consumer insights, support new product development, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Supervise and manage field marketing executives, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for improving field marketing efforts.
  • Plan and ensure ROI accountability and cost efficiency across all field marketing activities.
  • Manage end-to-end agency relationships — from brief to execution — including agency pitch evaluations, cost negotiations, onboarding, and performance reviews against predefined quality metrics.
  • Establish audit mechanisms and real-time reporting systems (daily/weekly/monthly) to track execution quality and provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.


Good-to-Have Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and management of local vendors for in-shop branding, shop boards, and consumer promotions to ensure high-quality, timely campaign execution.
  • Drive the development of innovative field marketing initiatives that enhance consumer engagement and promote brand loyalty.
  • Work with the sales team to gather insights on the efficacy of marketing activities and support product sell-through at retail points.
