Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the food industry, particularly in food ingredients, mixing, formulation, and testing. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in food science with proven marketing and sales management skills to drive product growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for various food ingredient products.

· Conduct market research, sales surveys, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

· Analyze customer feedback and survey findings to improve products and marketing approaches.

· Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to align product development with market trends.

· Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and stakeholders.

· Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly sales analysis reports, and recommend improvements.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry partners.

· Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and promotional tools.

· Ensure marketing materials comply with food industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Marketing, or Business Management.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales within the food ingredients or FMCG sector.

· Sound knowledge of food ingredient properties, mixing procedures, and testing methods.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in preparing sales reports and market studies.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data visualization software.

· Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
