Job Location: Jaipur

Objective: To manage site execution, documentation, contractor coordination, and client communication for solar projects, ensuring smooth project operations, timely issue resolution, and effective handling of site activities, net metering, and AMC-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills Required

B.Tech Electrical (mandatory).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to do the mail drafting
Previous experience in the solar industry is preferred.
Good understanding of structures, site execution(Rooftop)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Job Description Management

Site documentation and reporting
Daily site execution activities
Assign daily tasks to site supervisors
Coordinate contractors for client site work
Communicate with site concern officers and DISCOM officers
Net metering coordination
Email communication with concerned officers regarding site updates
Follow up on payment credits and debits with site supervisors and client officers
Execution planning and site work management
Contractor payment verification based on contractor invoices
AMC complaint handling, documentation, and resolution
Site visits and inspections
Handling AMC client complaints and traveling for site visits
