We are a growing organization focused on providing modern solutions and related services to customers in India.

What you'll do:

1. This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Ernakulam.
2.  Plan, create & manage content across social platforms in a timely manner.
3. Track performance & optimize campaigns on day-to-day basis.
4. Brainstorm fresh, engaging content ideas, staying current with social media trends, competitor activity.
5. Collaborate with design & content teams to bring campaigns to life

What we're looking for:

1.  3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
2. Strong skills in managing campaigns across major platforms.
3. A relevant degree/qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
4. Solid know-how of marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.)
5. Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including planning, writing, and producing visual and video content suited to different channels.
6. Someone dedicated, creative, and ready to own the brand's voice across platforms
7. Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and audience targeting to support brand awareness and lead generation.
8. Effective Communication skills
9. A trend-spotter who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content
