Job Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Executive to join us.
If you thrive on social media, create high-impact video content and actively use AI tools to streamline your work, this role is for you. You will own our brand voice, create engaging content and leverage modern technology to grow our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communication
- Write engaging, error-free copy for captions, blogs, newsletters and video scripts.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, stakeholders and online communities.
Video Production
- Script, shoot, edit and publish short- and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, YouTube).
- Produce polished videos with clean audio, seamless transitions and trending effects.
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Manage content calendars, publishing and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Track trends and platform updates to capitalize on viral opportunities.
- Create supporting graphics and thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.
AI & Performance
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance copywriting, ideation, design and video workflows.
- Monitor engagement, reach, CTR, and apply basic SEO to optimize content performance and business growth.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Native or professional English proficiency with exceptional writing, grammar, tone and storytelling skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, copywriting, and successful social media campaigns.
Skills
- Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and Canva or similar design software.
- Experienced using AI tools for content creation, optimization and workflow automation.
- Curious, adaptable and quick to adopt emerging technologies / digital trends.
