Moolicious is positioned to build a lasting presence across both digital and physical spaces. We are seeking a motivated and skilled marketing professional to join our core team and play an instrumental role in shaping the brand's journey.



ROLE DESCRIPTION


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in New Delhi.


This is a Founder's Office role.


The selected candidate will work in close coordination with the founder, contributing directly to brand strategy, marketing execution, and business growth decisions from day one.

You will be a central figure in building and executing the Moolicious brand across all channels. This is not a siloed execution role — you will be involved in strategic planning, content creation, campaign management, and brand partnerships. You will work directly alongside the founder and have significant ownership over how Moolicious presents itself to the world.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Digital marketing & social media

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars for the brand's Instagram and LinkedIn channels
  • Publish, monitor, and actively manage community engagement across platforms
  • Track performance metrics and present structured weekly and monthly reports with recommendations
  • Ensure brand voice and visual identity remain consistent across all digital touchpoints


Offline campaigns & brand activations

  • Identify, approach, and manage collaboration opportunities with relevant cafes, lifestyle brands, and community platforms
  • Oversee partnership logistics from initial outreach through to post-collaboration content and reporting
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including sampling drives, pop-up experiences, and community events 
  • Represent the brand on-ground during activations — active participation is a core expectation of this role


Founder's personal brand management

  • Manage the founder's Instagram and LinkedIn presence in parallel with the brand's official channels
  • Develop and publish content that establishes the founder as a credible voice in the food, business, and entrepreneurship space
  • Identify and pitch opportunities for the founder to participate in podcasts, industry panels, and public forums
  • Align the founder's personal narrative with the broader Moolicious brand story over time


Content strategy & coordination

  • Maintain a structured content library that supports repurposing across channels and formats
  • Brief and manage the content writers for blog posts, long-form content, and outreach materials
  • Coordinate across the freelance team — videographer, editor, and writer — to ensure timely delivery



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a related field
  • A demonstrable portfolio of brand work — campaigns, Instagram pages, or content projects
  • Strong written communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, freelancers, or creative teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work
  • Based in Delhi NCR with the ability to work on-site
  • Strong skills in Marketing and Sales to support campaign strategies and drive customer engagement


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Prior experience with food, FMCG, dairy, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads or other paid digital advertising platforms
  • Experience executing or participating in on-ground brand activations
  • An existing network of content creators, micro-influencers, or event organisers
  • Experience in managing content for a founder or senior professional
