Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented executive for Ludhiana who can identify potential properties/buildings for advertising holdings, conduct on-ground verification, and coordinate with property owners. The role requires extensive fieldwork, strong local market knowledge, and negotiation skills.

1. Site Identification & Survey:

• Visit assigned areas to identify buildings, plots, and high-visibility locations suitable for holdings/hoardings.
• Conduct physical surveys and shortlist potential sites based on company requirements.
• Capture site photos, measurements, and location details.

2. Holding & Property Verification:

• Check existing holdings and ensure proper placement and condition.
• Verify ownership details and property documents (basic level).
• Ensure sites comply with local regulations and visibility standards.

3. Owner Coordination & Negotiation:

• Approach property owners and explain company requirements.
• Negotiate rental/lease terms for installing holdings.
• Maintain good relationships with landlords and local contacts.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily field visit reports and site status updates.
• Share site photos, coordinates, and feasibility reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and execution.

5. Market Intelligence:

• Track competitor holdings and new opportunities.
• Provide insights on high-traffic areas and emerging locations.

• 2–6 years of experience in fieldwork (real estate, advertising, telecom, or similar industry preferred).
• Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Basic understanding of property dealing is a plus.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
