Marketing Executive (Goa)

Role: Marketing Associate

Locations: Panjim, Goa

Experience: Around 1Year into BTL/ATL Marketing in Ed-Tech Industry (Offline Coaching Marketing Experience required).

Compensation: 3.5lpa - 5lpa

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Visiting schools and local tuition teachers
• Lead Generation
• Canopy activities
• Leaflet distribution (Outside Schools/Coaching/Markets/Offices) & data collection
• RWA activities – Meet authorized persons & schedule senior meetings
• Data collection & upload in system
• Meeting with School Admin/Principal:
• Visit local schools to meet school coordinators/principals and book appointments for senior meetings
• Meet & greet during annual functions, pre-exam visits, birthdays & anniversaries
• Build collaboration with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners
