Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Andromeda Cancer Hospital in Sonipat. The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, build brand awareness, and support patient acquisition and retention goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to develop service-focused messaging, managing promotional activities, and overseeing both online and offline marketing initiatives. The Marketing Executive will engage with local communities, referring physicians, and partner organizations to strengthen outreach and develop growth opportunities. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
- Strong Market Research skills to analyze patient demographics, competition, and referral patterns.
- Effective Communication skills to work with clinical teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Sales and relationship-building capabilities to support referral networks and community outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment.
