What you’ll do:

• create reels, campaigns & content
• shoot & edit videos
• make creatives, memes & ads
• work on branding & website visuals
• experiment with viral ideas
• help shape the internet presence of the company

Basically:

if it goes online, you’ll probably touch it.

We honestly care more about:

• creativity
• taste
• instincts
• execution
• energy

than degrees or fancy resumes.

You’ll probably fit right in if:

• your camera roll is full of content ideas
• you save ads because they were “smart.”
• you randomly analyze thumbnails
• you open Instagram for “research.”

• you love building things from scratch

Some days will be stressful.
