Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications professional with 5–8 years of experience to drive integrated communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, generate demand, and support business growth.
This role sits at the intersection of content, campaigns, and brand storytelling, and requires someone who can translate complex solutions into compelling narratives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Communications & Campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned to business priorities
- Drive end-to-end campaigns across digital, email, social, and web channels
- Conceptualize high-impact, clutter-breaking campaigns for brand awareness and demand generation
2. Content & Messaging
- Create and manage high-quality marketing assets:
- Brochures, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, website content
- Sales enablement materials and pitch decks
- Simplify complex B2B/technology offerings into clear, engaging messaging
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand guidelines across all touchpoints
3. Digital & Marketing Automation
- Execute campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Manage email marketing journeys, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows
- Collaborate with digital teams for SEO, paid campaigns, and web optimization
4. Brand Building & Thought Leadership
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and positioning
- Support leadership communication, PR, and external messaging
- Contribute to thought leadership content and industry narratives
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using defined KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions)
- Generate insights and reports to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Continuously improve messaging and channel mix based on data
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to gather inputs
- Align marketing communication with business goals and GTM strategy
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Communications / Content / Campaign Management
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
