Role Overview
The GM/AVP – Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the digital growth strategy, demand generation, and performance marketing initiatives across India. This role will drive brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and digital revenue contribution while managing a high-performing in-house and agency team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for India
- Align digital initiatives with business growth targets and GTM priorities
- Drive integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and marketing automation adoption
2. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
- Own digital pipeline targets and lead generation KPIs
- Manage performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, programmatic)
- Optimize CAC, CPL, and conversion funnel metrics
- Scale paid campaigns while maintaining ROI benchmarks
- Introduce, build and scale new-age digital marketing channels apart from traditional ones such as influencer marketing, digital events, GEO, ABM
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Drive SEO strategy for traffic and inbound lead growth
- Improve keyword rankings and domain authority
- Manage content marketing and landing page optimization
4. Website & Conversion Optimization
- Own website strategy, UX improvements, and CRO initiatives
- Implement A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
5. Marketing Automation & CRM
- Implement lead nurturing workflows
- Optimize marketing automation platforms
- Align with sales for lead scoring and pipeline management
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Define and track digital KPIs and dashboards
- Provide insights on campaign performance and growth opportunities
- Manage attribution models and ROI measurement
7. Team & Agency Management
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team
- Manage performance agencies and vendors
- Build scalable processes for execution excellence
8. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, BD, Brand, and Tech teams
- Align campaigns with key account and GTM priorities

Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably B2B or high AOV segment
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale campaigns
- Strong performance marketing and demand generation background
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools and marketing automation
- MBA from Tier 1 B-school
