Job Description

The MarCom resource will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications that build Global Electronics brand, drive lead generation and sales support, and communicate product and corporate messages clearly to customers, partners and internal stakeholders through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Messaging

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.

Develop and refine value propositions for products, solutions.

Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints (website, ads, email, social media).

Content Creation & Management

Create and manage content: brochures, product datasheets, case studies (If any), presentations, blog posts, press releases, email campaigns, and sales materials.

Work with product teams/ BUs to translate technical product features into customer benefits and use cases.

Maintain content calendar and ensure timely updates.

  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Manage website content and coordinate updates with developers; ensure SEO best practices.

Plan and execute social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube as relevant) and create platform-appropriate content.

Monitor analytics and optimize content/campaigns for conversions.

  • Events & Trade Shows

Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, product demos and customer events.

Prepare event collateral, messaging, demos, and post-event follow-up materials in coordination with BUs.

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns

Track campaign ROI in coordination with BU Coordinators; work to pass qualified leads to BUs/ sales and measure conversion.

  • Track key metrics: website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, social engagement, and conversion rates.

Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Use data to guide content and budget allocations.

  • Vendor & Agency Management

Manage relationships with creative agencies, website developers & digital marketing agencies, printers, event agencies, and freelancers.

Oversee briefs, timelines, quality control and budgets in coordination with admin & accounts department.

  • Managing e-commerce portal

Manage and execute all transactions related to e-commerce portal in coordination with BU Coordinator. Maintain & update the portal time to time. Upload new product specs and price. Udpate the stocks as per inventory.

Required Skills

  • Experience of at least three 2+ years in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
  • Excellent editing (photo/video/text), presentation, PowerPoint skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing, Analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools, Understanding of KPIs and ROI.
  • Positive attitude, thinking out of the box and customer oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Qualification Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public relations, Marketing or a related field.
