About the Role


We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager (Ad Operations) to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, ad operations, lead generation, performance tracking, and digital marketing analytics.

The candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring smooth ad delivery, maximizing campaign performance, and generating actionable insights through data analysis.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.


Ad Operations

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking through UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and performance records.
  • Track campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and platform representatives when required.
  • Support leadership with marketing insights and performance recommendations.


Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, or Ad Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Understanding of lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of campaign tracking, conversion tracking, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, Energy, or Technology sectors.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Digital Marketing, or Analytics will be an advantage.
