Coimbatore Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory (CMDL), a division of Coimbatore Kidney Care and Research Limited (CKCRL), is a leading clinical molecular diagnostics lab dedicated to providing high-sensitivity and accurate diagnostic services in South India. We are committed to bridging science and patient care for better health outcomes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our reach in the specialized areas of molecular diagnostics.

What You Will Do:

 * Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for our advanced diagnostic test portfolio.

 * Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clinicians, specialists, hospitals, and key opinion leaders.

 * Achieve sales targets and market share growth in the assigned region.

 * Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the clinical utility and benefits of our specialized tests in:

  * Transplant Immunology (e.g., HLA typing, chimerism monitoring)

  * Molecular Oncology (e.g., NGS panels, liquid biopsy)

  * Molecular Infectious Disease Tests (e.g., viral load monitoring, pathogen detection)

 * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

 * Mandatory: Proven experience in marketing and sales within the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.

 * Essential Specialization: Prior experience and strong domain knowledge in marketing tests related to Transplant Immunology, Molecular Oncology, and Molecular Infectious Diseases is a must.

 * A relevant science degree (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

 * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 * Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and meet challenging targets.

 * Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
