Summary Of The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Market Research Specialist to support our sales team by providing industry-specific and geography-focused prospective client information through various internet search techniques and data mining methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research based on specific customer needs, industries, geographies, and titles.
  • Collect customer and contact information by identifying sources, designing surveys, and implementing other collection methods.
  • Work on customized research engagements with sole ownership, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Utilize social media tools to connect with industry customers to further improve database accuracy.
  • Validate datasets to ensure 90%+ accuracy.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
  • Manage new and existing prospect data in the CRM system.


Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a research or data analysis role.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to report research results.
  • Strong networking knowledge and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in B2B social media navigation.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques.
