Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Market Development Representative located in Surat. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will manage the entire sales cycle, develop tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with the founder to achieve business development goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a deep understanding of the baby care industry and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Business Development skills, with a track record of identifying potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing expertise, coupled with a strategic mindset to meet and exceed targets.
- Passion for establishing a thriving client network and advancing brand presence within the baby care industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in consumer goods or the baby care industry is a must.
